We want you to be satisfied with MegaOptim. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if the Service does not meet your expectations. This applies to your first subscription payment only.
Refund requests after the 14-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
What Is Not Refundable
- Renewal payments (monthly or annual) after the initial 14-day period
- API credits that have already been consumed
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at [email protected] with your account email and reason for the refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are issued through Paddle, our payment processor, using the original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
Plan Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not trigger an automatic refund for the current billing period. Your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard.
