Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MegaOptim website (megaoptim.com), dashboard (app.megaoptim.com), API, and related services (“Service”) operated by Ideologix Media Dooel (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to process illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or other technical restrictions
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without prior written permission
  • Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

API Usage

API access is subject to the rate limits and quotas of your subscription plan. Exceeding your plan limits may result in throttled requests or temporary suspension. Unused API credits do not roll over between billing periods unless explicitly stated in your plan.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by Ideologix Media Dooel and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of any images you upload for optimization.

We do not claim any rights over your images. Images are processed solely for the purpose of optimization and are not used for training, analysis, or any other purpose.

Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Paddle, our payment processor. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may be updated with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.

All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned maintenance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ideologix Media Dooel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any data associated with your account will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of North Macedonia.
