The unlimited policy applies to everyone that uses our Unlimited plan and it’s subject to change.
In order to keep the service functional for everyone, we have two rules:
- Do not abuse the service. By abuse the service we mean trying to overload our systems and sending a lot of requests. This can be determined if you are rate-limited multiple times. Our rate limits are specified in the api documentation and are more than enough for normal use.
- Do not re-sell the service. Public re-selling of the API is strongly prohibited. If you manage multiple clients or sites, you can create sub-account for each and that is fine.
We will warn you if any incident happens. So in most cases breaking the rules will not result in immediate termination.
Breaking the above rules multiple times will get you terminated permanently from our service and your subscription cancelled.
